SUMMER OPENINGS IN SHEFFIELD- Customer Service & Customer Acquisition

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £ 14000 to £ 20000 (full-time (per year)) + Full Product Training

CCL Client Solutions is pleased to announce our opening in Sheffield!

Due to high demand from our clients, we have multiple Spring and Summer openings to service our prestigious portfolio in the Yorkshire area. Our clients and our management team have big expectations for 2010 and we need to grow ASAP. OUR CURRENT OPENINGS:
We are currently seeking to fill a number of openings with marketing, new customer acquisition and customer service all rolled into one. Our client representatives are in high demand because we acquire new customers for our clients on a daily basis. Plus our results are traceable and predictable, which allows them to forecast budgets and market share.

As a client representative, you will be contacting potential customers (B2B & B2C), promoting our clients services face-to-face, and helping to increase their market share.  You will learn how to effectively explain our clients’ services, answer questions, and complete new customer registrations. We are willing to provide coaching and advice because our growth is determined by results generated by our client representatives.

We provide all necessary product training, so specific experience is not necessary, but strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are a must! Our top performers in the past have been people with customer service, retail sales, hospitality or similar customer-focused experience. Leadership roles and activities involving teamwork will also be taken into consideration. Graduates, gap year students and career changers are all welcome, especially those with a passion for marketing, customer service or management!
