\nWe're looking for a motivated and supportive Apprenticeship Officer to join our Apprenticeships Team.
\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in apprenticeships, training, assessment, mentoring, coaching or industry who is passionate about supporting learners to succeed.
\nYou'll work closely with apprentices, employers and curriculum teams to monitor progress, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure apprentices remain on track to successfully complete their programmes.
\nAbout the Role
\nAs an Apprenticeship Officer, you'll manage your own caseload of apprentices, acting as a key point of contact throughout their apprenticeship journey.
\nYou'll be responsible for conducting regular progress reviews with apprentices and employers, setting meaningful targets and identifying any support required to help learners achieve their full potential.

\nYou will ideally have:
\nA qualification in assessment and quality assurance is desirable, although support may be available for candidates willing to work towards relevant qualifications.
