Architectural Technician

Konker is recruiting for an AJ100, RIBA Chartered architectural practice with over 140 years of experience.

Based in their Cardiff office, this opportunity is for an Architectural Technician to join the Retail team, delivering store refurbishment projects across the UK from RIBA Stages 2–6.

The role is predominantly AutoCAD-based and would suit someone who can work at pace, follow established design standards, and manage multiple projects effectively.

This Employee Owned Trust is looking for a diligent and organised individual who can work independently, has strong time-management skills, and is happy to travel regularly to sites across the UK.

The practice works across a broad range of sectors including Commercial, Conservation & Heritage, Data Centres, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Retail, Science & Labs, and Sports & Leisure. So future sector exposure and project opportunities are endless!!

The salary for this Architectural Technician role ranges between £33,000 - £38,000 depending on your previous experience.
