Business Performance Coordinator

As we prepare for the opening of our second hotel in 2027, I'm creating a brand new Business Performance Coordinator role to help build the systems and infrastructure that will support the next phase of Happiness Hospitality's growth.

Working directly with me, this is a part time, site based role spanning finance administration, reporting, technology, AI, business systems and process improvement, with the opportunity to grow into a full time position as the business expands. It's an opportunity to play a key role in improving how we operate, turning information into insight and supporting better decision making across the company.

I'm looking for someone who is naturally organised, curious and enjoys solving problems. You'll be excited by technology, interested in how AI can improve the way businesses work, and motivated by continually finding better ways of doing things.

Expected take home: £35,000 to £45,000 full time equivalent, pro rated for part time hours, comprising basic pay and tronc, pension and other company benefits.
