BSNI have fantastic opportunities for our Manufacturing client based in Ballymena for Production Operatives!

Hours:

• 6am - 3pm OR 7am - 4pm

Flexibility is required to complete overtime on Saturdays

Rate of pay:

• £13 phr - £13.50 phr

Job duties:

• To participate in all aspects of the Operational Excellence approach.
• To operate as part of the team to achieve the adherence to the daily production plan e.g., moulds prepared, all planned products produced, tasks being carried out efficiently etc.
• To participate in any training as agreed per the plan.
• To communicate daily with the Team Leader on production progress.
• Operate machinery products to manufacture to high standards.
• Comply to all health and safety procedures.
• To participate in continue improvement and problem-solving initiative.
• Ability to work flexibly within the Production department and work within any area required.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 1 years experience machine operating
• Strong understanding of health and safety
• Ability to perform Manual handling and heavy lifting.
