Interim Legal Counsel — Global Fintech, London - Excellent Day Rate

A household name and a global fintech.

They're looking for interim cover for an absence on the legal team, and the brief is pleasingly broad:

• M&A
• Strategic investments
• Fundraising
• Governance
• International expansion
• Employee ESOP structures
• Vendor and technology contracts
• IP

You don't need to have a track record in all eight, nobody does, but a strong corporate background and solid law firm training will be enough to merit a conversation. Fintech or tech experience is a bonus, not a prerequisite.

On the practicalities: flexible start date - they'd rather wait for the right person than rush a placement. Small, collegiate team. Genuinely flexible working.
