-Experience working on residential schemes, ideally within social or affordable housing

-The ability to manage multiple commissions with autonomy

-A proactive, commercially aware and client facing approach

Career Progression

This opportunity offers a clearly defined and structured progression pathway. -Associate level: up to £80k DOE

Additional benefits package including:

-Enhanced annual leave

-Car allowance

-Additional corporate benefits

-And more

There is a pragmatic approach to flexibility, with adjustments made where necessary to accommodate site visits, client requirements, and project delivery.

This is a strong opportunity for a Building Surveyor seeking a long term move into a growing consultancy environment with consistent workload, clear progression, and a strong residential project focus.
